All patients will undergo medical and cardiac clearance, plus a psychiatric consultation prior to the procedure. You should be prepared to attend follow up visits with Dr. Minkin as scheduled, exercise and follow the diet instructions given to you after surgery to obtain the best results. If interested you should contact your insurance company and check your coverage for the procedure.
